Work outside your plan is billed at $25 per 15-minute interval. All work is quoted and estimated before we start — you'll know the cost before we touch anything.

Do you work with businesses outside sport?
Yes. Community clubs are our specialty but we work with small businesses, professional services, and anyone who needs a proper web presence.
Do I own the site after it's built?
Yes. On Option A the site is fully handed over — you own the code, the domain, everything. On Option B and C we continue managing it for you, but it's still yours.
What if I need something not on the list?
Get in touch and we'll scope it. Everything starts with a conversation and a written quote. Nothing gets built until you've approved the cost.
How long does a build take?
Depends on complexity. Option A typically takes 2–4 weeks from scope sign-off to launch. Option B and C vary depending on what's involved.
Can I start on Option A and add support later?
Yes. If you decide you want ongoing support after launch, we can arrange a retainer. Most clients start with A and move to B when the site starts generating real enquiries.
